TikTok Shop Supported Markets¶
The Odoo TikTok Shop Connector works with the shop you authorize, wherever it trades. The markets this page refers to are United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Unlike other marketplaces, you do not choose the market yourself. The shop you authorize tells the connector which market it trades in, and the instance takes it from there — you can see it as Shop Region on the instance’s Credentials tab.
TikTok Shop does not offer the same features in every market, so some connector features work differently, or not at all, depending on where your shop trades.

In the markets where TikTok Shop gives no payout details, statements are still imported and still grouped under the payout that settled them. Only the exchange rate and the bank account TikTok Shop paid into stay unknown.
Currency¶
Each market trades in its own currency, and the connector takes it from the market of the shop you authorized. When the instance is confirmed, its pricelist is set to that currency.
Important
Make sure the currency of your market exists and is active in Odoo, and that the pricelist set on the instance uses it.
How Market Limits Appear In Odoo¶
The connector hides whatever your market cannot do:
Operations you cannot run do not appear. The Operations popup only lists the operations your market supports, so a United States instance does not offer Import Manufacturers & Responsible Persons, and a shop outside Brazil does not offer Export Invoices.
Settings you cannot use do not appear. Export Invoices to TikTok Shop? is shown to Brazilian local sellers only, and the Collection Window on a delivery only where TikTok Shop collects the parcel from you.
Notifications you cannot subscribe to are refused. Invoice Status Change is accepted only for a shop whose orders carry an invoice before they ship.
Shipping follows the market. For a parcel TikTok Shop ships, the same Export Tracking Details operation buys the label in the United States and Japan, and asks TikTok Shop to arrange collection everywhere else. A parcel you ship with your own carrier has its tracking reported. You do not choose this; the market and the parcel do.
