Menu Restrictions

The fastest way to keep a role focused is to hide the menus and applications the user does not need. Hidden Menus lets you remove specific menus from a role’s navigation.

Configure it from the role under UI Control ‣ Hidden Menus.

Configuration

• Select Menus — Select the menus you want to hide for users with this role. The selected menus will no longer be

  available to them. If you select a parent menu, its related submenus will also be hidden.

Hide individual menus

Select any menu you want to hide. Only the selected menu and its submenus will be hidden. Other menus in the application will remain available.

Hide an Entire Application

Select the application’s main menu to hide the entire application from the user. The application will also be removed from the app switcher.
