Export Products from Odoo¶

With Export Listings, you can publish your Odoo products to Bol.com as new offers (products), including price, condition, fulfilment method, and other offer attributes. The connector pushes the offer data to Bol.com via the Retailer API.

Important

Each variant you export must have a Barcode defined in Odoo. The barcode must be a valid 13-digit EAN; the connector normalizes shorter barcodes where possible and raises an error if conversion fails.
Only single-variant listings can be exported. If a listing has multiple variants, the export raises an error. Split multi-variant products into separate listings before exporting.

Steps to Export¶

To begin exporting your products to Bol, navigate to the Marketplaces ‣ Products ‣ Products menu. In the product list view, select the products you want to export to Bol. Then, from the action dropdown, choose Add to Listings.
A popup will appear. In this window, select the Bol instances where you wish to add your products. After making your selections, click the Add to Listings button.

The selected products are now available as Listings in your Bol.com instance, where you can fine-tune the title, description, price, condition, and promised delivery time before exporting.

From the Listing View¶

Go to Marketplaces ‣ Overview.
Click the Listing smart button on the Bol.com instance card.
In the Listing menu, Select Listings and click on the Export New Listing button.
In the popup, choose the data to export and click Export Listing.

The connector validates each listing (barcode present, fulfilment method allowed, etc.) and creates the offer on Bol.com. Failures are recorded under Marketplaces ‣ Queues ‣ Logs.
