Import Etsy Listings In Odoo

• The Etsy Odoo Connector allows you to import Etsy listings into Odoo. This is a useful way to streamline your product management and keep your product catalog up-to-date.

• Before importing, make sure to configure the product configuration on the Instance and to import the Etsy Master Data (categories, properties, shipping profiles, return policies, and readiness states).

• The connector supports importing all listings, only specific listings, and only draft listings.

1. Go to the Marketplaces ‣ Overview menu in Odoo.

2. Click on the Operations button from the instance record.

3. Select Import as the operation type and then choose Import Listings.

   

   • Within the listing import operation, you’ll encounter the following options:

   • Marketplace Listing ID: You can import specific Etsy listings by entering their Etsy listing IDs in the Marketplace Listing ID field. Separate the IDs with a comma (‘,’) like this: 1234567890, 9876543210.

   • Import Only Draft Products?: When enabled, only listings that are currently in draft state on Etsy are imported.

   • Update Existing Listing?: When enabled, listings that already exist in Odoo (matched by SKU) are updated with the latest data from Etsy.

   • Update Price?: When enabled, the pricelist linked to the instance is updated with the latest price from Etsy for each imported listing.

4. Press the Process button.

This will start fetching product data from Etsy stores and add it to the Product Queue for processing. A scheduled/cron job will then start processing the queues one by one. The job will only process products that have been updated after the Last Listing Imported On. If the last execution date is not found, the job will fetch all the products. You can find the details of the last execution of the import operation under a particular instance’s Last Processed On configuration.

• The connector matches Etsy listings to existing Odoo products by SKU.
