Cancel Order In PrestaShop From Odoo

Cancel a PrestaShop order from Odoo. The connector pushes the PrestaShop order state marked as Canceled for the instance, and the Odoo order is marked as cancelled in the marketplace.

How To Cancel The Order

  1. Open the imported sale order in Odoo and cancel it in Odoo first (the Cancel In PrestaShop button appears once the order is cancelled).

  2. Click Cancel In PrestaShop and confirm.

Important

One PrestaShop order state must have the Canceled box ticked for the instance (Marketplaces ‣ PrestaShop ‣ Order States). If none is marked, the action raises an error.

Note

When PrestaShop reports an order in a Canceled or Refunded state, the connector also cancels the corresponding Odoo order during the next import/update.
