eBay Update Order Status from Odoo

• This feature allows you to export order fulfillment status with shipment information from Odoo to eBay. This can be done manually or automatically using the scheduler.

Method - 1: Manual Update Order Status

For Multiple Orders

1. Go to the Marketplaces ‣ Overview menu in Odoo.

2. Click on the Operations button from the instance record.

   

3. Select Export Operation and then select Export Tracking Details option.

   

4. Press PROCESS button to update order status and tracking reference from Odoo to eBay.

For Single Orders

1. Select the eBay order that you wish to update.

   

2. Open the Delivery Order by clicking on the Delivery button.

3. Make sure you enter tracking details (carrier and tracking number) and then validate the delivery order.

   

4. Press the Update in Marketplace button to update order status with tracking information on eBay.

Method - 2: Automatic Update Order Status

You can automate the process of updating the order status from Odoo to eBay using the Automatic Schedule action. This allows you to define a specific time interval for executing the Export Order Status process, ensuring that order status updates and tracking information are seamlessly synchronized between Odoo and eBay without requiring manual intervention.

1. Go to your eBay instance setting by navigating to Marketplaces ‣ Configuration ‣ Instance.

2. Here you will see the Automatic Jobs tab. In that tab you can configure the Export Order Status/Tracking Information automatic action by setting Interval Number, Interval Unit, and then Active.
