Templates Management

Brevo templates let you design branded email layouts once and reuse them across campaigns. The connector syncs templates both ways, so you can import your Brevo designs into Odoo or build a template in Odoo and push it to Brevo, then select it when creating a campaign (see Campaigns Management).

Open your templates from Email Marketing ‣ Brevo ‣ Email Marketing ‣ Templates.

Import Templates from Brevo

  1. Go to Email Marketing ‣ Brevo ‣ Brevo Operations.

  2. Select your Account(s), set Operation Type to Email Marketing, choose Templates, and click Process.

All templates from the account are imported into Odoo with their name and design, so there is no need to recreate them manually.

The Template Form

Open a template to view its details and design.

  • Template Name and Associated Account: identify the template and its Brevo account.

  • Sender: the verified Brevo sender associated with the template.

  • The body shows the template’s rendered HTML, so you can preview how it looks.

Export a Template to Brevo

Design a template in Odoo and push it to Brevo in one click, using the buttons at the top of the template form.

Export in Brevo creates the template in Brevo (shown for templates that don’t exist there yet).

Update in Brevo pushes your Odoo edits to the matching Brevo template.

Note

Edit a template in one place. With Update in Brevo, changes made in Odoo are reflected in Brevo without duplicating work.

Tip

Templates built outside Odoo (for example with Brevo’s drag-and-drop editor) may have no editable HTML in Odoo. In that case, keep editing them in Brevo and use the imported template only to select it on campaigns.
