Import Collection In Odoo

Import Collections brings all collections of your Shopify store into Odoo, with their conditions, products and sales channels.

Method - 1: From The Operation Popup

  1. Go to the Marketplaces ‣ Overview menu in Odoo.

  2. Click on the Operations button from the instance record.

  3. Select Import Operation and then select Import Collections option.

  4. Press PROCESS button.

  • Shopify collections are of two types: Smart Collections and Manual Collections and both types can be managed in Odoo as shown in the image below.

Method - 2: From The Collection Form (Sync Products of a Smart Collection)

Use this method to refresh the products of one specific Smart Collection from Shopify.

  1. Go to the Marketplaces ‣ Shopify ‣ Collections ‣ Smart Collections menu in odoo and open the collection you want to sync.

  2. Click the Sync Products button on the collection form view.

  3. The connector fetches the products that Shopify currently includes in this collection and updates the collection’s products in Odoo.

Note

  • The Sync Products button is only available for Smart collections that exist on Shopify.

Important

  • Make sure all Listings are imported before importing Collections.
